1. Normal orders include limit orders and market orders.

In the limit price, the user directly sets the price and buys and sells. Market price trades at the current market price. Since there is a large difference in fees between the limit price and the market price, it is advantageous to trade at the limit price.

 

It is common to buy as low as possible and sell as high as possible. So the buy price is lower than the current price and the ask price is higher than the current price.

 

2. Stop Limit

Orders are not placed immediately, they are placed when a certain price is reached. Why is this feature needed?

 

In general, purchases are made below the current price. However, there will be times when the price rises and then falls, and support is found at a higher price than the current price. When the price reaches 200, a buy order is placed at the limit price of 100.

 

3. OCO
